So Samet invited me to Germany to celebrate the last day of Oktoberfest, but i had to decline him. I haven’t been in a single place longer than a week since i came to the UK and I’d really like some stability. Plus i still have responsibilities i need to finish here

I also think i have my Sunday routine figured out now and it involves actually staying in Richmond, lol. Went and tried a full English breakfast (lacked black pudding and toast tho), then visited Dharma for coffee while doing some editing, and walked down to the Thames.
The downside of living in Richmond is its FAR away from central. Upside is it’s such a cute residential area that wakes up during the weekend; it is absolutely gorgeous. No it is not artsy like Shoreditch or hackney, etc. but it is cute in a village setting that reminds me of Iowa City. I’ll be taking more advantage of Richmond, especially going into Dharma weekly.
Lord knows i need to put more emphasis on budgeting now, especially after the spending spree i just had over the weekend. Trying to figure out which grocery store is more economical (Sainsbury or Tesco) by comparing similar items. I find myself evaluating items these days by comparing how much it is vs a cup of americano (~£2.50) lol
