Had to mentally hype myself up to get out of bed today and work out. Doing a hill workout for the first time here and while doing it i realized how much your mental will affect anything you do. If you doubt yourself, you’ll usually be dissuaded from doing a particular activity and have low energy. But if you breathe confidence and love into yourself you’ll get hyped about anything. Did the damn hill and conquered that shit doing 3 sets x 5 reps. Mind you that hill is steep asf too. Mood instantly changed afterwards and we’re ready to have a great day.
Went to Notting Hill Coffee Project to edit more and decided to check out Portobello Road. Had no idea Notting Hill is actually a pretty artistic area. Cute antique shops everywhere with a half-filled farmers market that i heard is packed on the weekends. Also found a cheat for good value meals at a Thai buffet (TAKEAWAY FOR £5.50 and it’s healthy asf)! I’ll definitely be making the commute here for a good, cheap meal.
Today might also be the last nice day before gloomy London fall and winters so I’m taking advantage as much as possible by walking around.
